1, Are the braided wigs heavy?
The braided units are relatively heavy. You can see the weight on each unit description. It is very different from how heavy it is when you get your hair braided.
2, What hair are your wigs made of?
The wig base is made with virgin human hair lace wig to give it a very natural look with the lace base to provide the illusion of hair coming out of the scalp. The braid strands are hand made with 100% synthetic premium Kanekalon fibre.
3, How to measure the cap size?
Please pin hair as flat and tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.
4, Can l custom the different color?
Yes,you can choose different color from the order options. If you need color customization, please contact our customer service for more details.
5, Can the braided wigs be packed up into a high ponytail?
It depends on which products do you purchase. If you choose full lace wig unit or the unit already made in high ponytail style, you can achieve that look easily.
6 How long does the hair last?
Our braided wigs can last well for two years and more if taken care of properly.
7, What does bleached knots and pre-plucking mean?
The bleached knots will create the illusion of hair growing out of the scalp, and the pre-plucked hairline can make the hairline look more realistic. Both of them will let the unit more realistic and natural.
8, What kinds of payment do you support?

About the shipping
1, How long will I get my order?
Due to the braided wig is handmade, the orders will run on a 15-20 business day processing/production time.Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped.
Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order.
2, Do you have the expedited service?
Sorry, we are not able to offer expedited shipping service.
3, What express do you use and what are your shipping rates?
We use DHL/Fedex/UPS on all orders. The shipping fee ranges from $10-25 and depends on the shipping address and packages weight.
4, Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
5, Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking number. You can track the shipping status before the package arrive.
About after sales service:
1, How can I cancel the order?
Yes, we support to cancel the order. Please contact us within 12 hours after you receive our confirmation email. Otherwise,the wig will be under processing, we can not help you cancel the order. If you insist on cancellation, you need to pay $25 restocking fee.
2, Can l exchange or return the hair after received?
We understand sometimes you may not be 100% satisfied with the hair. We want you happy. So exchange and return are both accepted.
Please email customer service within 14 days of receipt and one of our representatives will assist you with your exchange or return.
Keep the wig is unused and EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the wigs have NOT been washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The lace has NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any forms. No exceptions.
You are responsible for all exchange or return shipping costs. Please send us the tracking number after you return the order, We recommend you also get tracking and insurance on your return package. After we receive hair, we will issue exchange or return after examination of hair.
All wigs are made to orders. For the wig exchange and return, you will need to pay $25 for the restocking fee. Hope you understand.
